In-house first

We keep structural concrete, forming and rebar under our own crews — putting the scopes that drive the project schedule and define structural quality under direct Green Hills control. This eliminates interface risk between trades, compresses critical-path durations and ensures the work most critical to long-term building performance is executed by people accountable to our standards.

Full-scope construction

From low-rise commercial fit-outs to multi-storey residential towers and complex institutional projects, we deliver the full build — preconstruction, procurement, site management, integrated trade coordination, quality assurance, commissioning and warranty stewardship. Flexible delivery

Construction Management at-risk, Design-Build, Stipulated Sum and Progressive Design-Build — we structure the commercial relationship around the project, not the other way around.
