Built on ISO 45001-aligned protocols and COR-certified processes, our HSE management system codifies how work is planned, executed and verified across every site. Site-specific safety plans, competency matrices, equipment inspection registers and emergency response procedures are established before mobilization — and maintained as living documents through every phase of construction.

Every Green Hills worker completes role-specific onboarding before stepping onto a site, with documented competency tracking for working-at-heights, confined space, fall protection, hoisting, traffic control and trade-specific qualifications. Supervisors carry additional certifications in incident investigation, hazard recognition and crew-level coaching — and we invest annually in refresher training to keep credentials current.

Trade partners are prequalified against the same HSE standards we hold ourselves to. Pre-mobilization orientations, shared toolbox talks, coordinated safety planning and joint inspections ensure every crew on a Green Hills site operates under one unified safety program — not parallel, disconnected ones.

Site-specific environmental management plans, controlled discharge protocols, materials-handling procedures and spill-response readiness protect the natural environments we build in. We coordinate proactively with regulators, neighbours and Indigenous communities where projects touch their lands or waters.

Physical safety is the floor — not the ceiling. Mental health resources, fatigue management protocols, ergonomic planning and respectful-workplace standards are embedded in how we lead, supervise and care for the people building Green Hills projects.
