The construction-related work that rounds out the build.
Beyond rebar, concrete and masonry, Green Hills self-performs and manages the supporting construction scopes that keep a project moving — site preparation, slab finishing, structural repairs, miscellaneous metals coordination, sub-trade management and the field execution owners depend on to hit substantial completion.
Site preparation & earthworks
Stripping, grading, excavation support, dewatering, backfill and compaction — coordinated with structural and servicing scopes so foundation work starts on time and stays on schedule. Our crews mobilize quickly, work to surveyed control and turn over clean, ready-for-formwork conditions to the next trade.
Slab finishing & repairs
Power-trowel finishing to specified F-numbers, decorative and sealed finishes, joint cutting and slab repair work for both new construction and existing facilities. We bring the equipment, certified finishers and quality discipline that flat, durable, long-life slabs demand.
Structural repairs & retrofits
Concrete restoration, structural strengthening, embed repairs, crack injection and selective demolition for occupied buildings and existing assets. Repairs are scoped against engineered drawings, sequenced around operations and documented for owner records.
Miscellaneous metals & embeds
Coordination, supply and installation of structural embeds, anchor bolts, miscellaneous steel, handrails, bollards and ancillary metal work — managed in-house so the interface between concrete, steel and finishing trades stays clean from first pour to final inspection.
Sub-trade management
When the scope calls for trades outside our self-perform capability, Green Hills brings the supervision, schedule control, quality oversight and contract administration that turn a list of subcontractors into a coordinated team accountable to one project plan.
