Placement, tying & splicing
Bars are positioned, tied and supported to project requirements, with lap splices and mechanical couplers coordinated against approved details. Openings, embeds and congested connections are reviewed with the project team before installation.
Coordination before every pour
Rebar installation is sequenced with forming crews, deliveries and concrete placement. Pre-pour inspections are coordinated with consultants so reinforcement can be checked and any outstanding items addressed before concrete arrives.
Inspection & documentation
Field checks verify bar size, spacing, cover, splice locations and assembly stability. Inspection records and material documentation support quality control and clear handover to the next stage of structural work.
