Structural concrete leadership.
Green Hills runs integrated forming, reinforcing steel and structural concrete crews as one operations team — eliminating trade interface risk, compressing critical-path schedule and holding every pour to industry-leading tolerances.
Structural concrete
Mat foundations, suspended slabs, shear cores, columns and shear walls delivered by long-tenured crews who have worked together pour after pour. Mix design coordination, placement sequencing, cold-weather protection and curing protocols are managed in-house against documented quality specifications — and validated by third-party testing on every project.
Formwork
Conventional, modular and engineered formwork systems matched to the geometry, finish requirements and cycle time of each build. Our formwork engineering accounts for shoring loads, lateral pressures and stripping sequences — delivering the speed owners expect without compromising surface quality, dimensional accuracy or worker safety.
Rebar & post-tensioning
Detailed, fabricated and installed in-house by certified ironworkers with full material traceability and tight coordination with the structural engineer. Post-tensioning operations are executed by qualified specialists with documented stressing records, tendon protection protocols and verified completion records for every floor plate.
Quality assurance
Independent slump, air-content and compressive-strength testing on every pour; survey-verified placement geometry; documented inspection sign-offs at every hold point. Quality is built into the process — not inspected in at the end.
